Elnathan, an inhabitant of Jerusalem, the father of Nehushta, who was the mother of king Jehoiachin. Probably the same who tried to prevent Jehoiakim from burning the roll of Jeremiah's prophecies ( Jeremiah 26:22 ; 36:12 ).
